All orders are Shipped within 1-4 days of order depending on weekends and holidays. Orders that are unable to be delivered will be returned back to the sender. Orders that are unable to be delivered will be in the responsibility of the customer however Cable Pro will resend orders that are unable to be shipped to more suitable locations free of charge for all customers if an order is not able to be delivered.
Cable Pro cannot control shipping delays as they are out of our control however we contently working to maintain and expedite our shipping process in order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
If an address needs to be changed but the notice was sent after the shipping order has already been places, Cable Pro is not responsible for the shipping costs.
