Great Question! With two sets you unlock double pulley exercise and low pulley exercises. This allows you to do things like low cable curls, rows and more! Also, you can do exercises like cable flys and rear delt flys with two sets!
The Cable Pro can support up to 200lbs and has been tested with even more weight. However, we do not recommend using more than 200lbs and more weight is usually not needed.
Our return policy is 30 days, no questions asked. However after 30 days, we will take each return request on a case by case basis.
